Registration Cards Required At Border
Washington July 31 The American Automobile Association warns motorists entering Canada may be refused entry without carrying state license registration cards. Ontario reports about 25 cars denied daily for missing cards. The AAA explains when to deposit cards for short visits or obtain a 30 day touring permit for stays over 24 hours. For stays over 30 days a bond may be required. The notice lists required card details and notes highway speed limits in Canada.
