Real Agrico Man: Citrus Growers Test Extra Plant Foods
Mr. R E Maxwell of Umatilla and Mr. C E Currie of Palatka report in favor of Agrico fertilizer after two years of use on groves. Maxwell cites earlier fruit maturity and higher quality plus premium prices, while Currie notes finer quality fruit and lower cost per box. Both endorse the product’s extra plant foods beyond standard N P K and urge growers to trial Agrico. Institutional credit given to American Agricultural Chemical Co.
