Gas Company Plans Florida Natural Gas Delivery in 1958
C. C. Bernard, an engineer for a Texas gas firm, spoke at the Gasition management conference at Lakeside Inn. He said the company will begin delivering natural gas to Florida within a year, investing about 110 million dollars and securing long term contracts for 225 million cubic feet daily. He noted rate plans including 55 cent base, 33 cent preferred interruptible, and take or pay options with 30 day cancellation notices. He criticized eastern firms and urged FPC action to ease project financing and interstate competition.

Norman Baldwin's Mother Is Taken
Word was received by the Norman Baldwin family of Seventh Avenue this week of the death of Mrs. Dayton Baldwin in Middletown Connecticut. She left the Baldwin home April 2 after a three months visit. She is survived by son Norman Baldwin two daughters Miss Phyllis Baldwin Bridgeport and Mrs Russell Anderson Rocky Hill Connecticut and two grandsons David and Neal Services and interment were in Middletown.

Farm Surpluses Could End If Disposed Of
