The ALBA standard bowls are shaved and tested to run true to the master bowl. Bowls must pass bias tests on a lathe set and rechecked until consistent. Summer renovations at the North Florida League include rinks 4 to 7 under repair and cement work under the south canopy supervised by Dr. Dickson with groundskeeper Luther L. Dickey.

Model air planes and racing cars exhibition at Eustis Airport
A large crowd attended the first model aircraft and racing car exhibition at Municipal Airport last Sunday. Builders demonstrated on a miniature track, with 25 models on display including Major L. C. Holoway's white racing plane reaching 95 miles per hour. Col. C. E. Lester of the Eustis Chamber of Commerce announced the speed. Future exhibitions are set for 3:00 PM each Sunday.
