Rummage Sale and Bowling Notes From Faith Lutheran Eustis
The Women's Guild of Faith Lutheran Church in Eustis plans a rummage sale starting at 9 am Saturday in the Waterman Memorial Hospital building opposite Winn Dixie on Grove St. Mount Dora beat a Daytona team 42 to 33 in a social bowling match with Orlando on March 24. F Coriden, F Parker, R Williams and others led, while A Weidenhamer, E Dean and W Walker tied at 16 all. The March 26 Peabody bowl was a washout. Club historian Dr. Arthur Kimberly seeks photos and memorabilia for the Historical Record, offering to preserve items. Comments extend to departing Florida bowlers returning north and a quote about preferring a morning after to a night before.
