Reckless driver report leads to DUI and warrants
Mt Carmel police responded to a reckless driving call at 1 20 p m Wednesday. Rickie E Pittman 60 of Albion was found passed out behind the wheel and booked at Wabash County Jail for DUI. Bradley K Haggard 53 of Albion was arrested after a traffic stop for driving with a revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance. Joseph Baker 54 of Mt Carmel was charged with disorderly conduct after an intoxicated incident on West 4th Street. He remained in custody at Wabash County Jail pending bond.
