Arrests Begin Month With Mount Carmel Police Reports
Mount Carmel Police logged multiple arrests and warrants from January to February. Included were DUI and endangerment charges for Kimberly Windle and Timothy Allison after a traffic stop with two minors present. Other cases covered theft, trespass, drug and alcohol offenses, domestic battery, resisting arrest, and warrants from Wabash and nearby counties. All arrestees were held at the Wabash County Jail or similar facilities pending bond.
