Man Arrested for Endangering Child in Mount Carmel
Justin D. Koonce, 34, of Mount Carmel, was stopped by a Wabash County Sheriff deputy on December 11 for speeding at 98 mph in a 55 mph zone on Wabash 17 Ave at E 400 Rd. He rode a 2002 Harley with a passenger, neither wearing helmets, and was cited for speeding and endangering a child. He posted a $200 bond at Wabash County Jail.
