IECC Budget Hearing Sets Sept 15 at Olney College
Illinois Eastern Community Colleges trustees approved FY 2016 budget at the Aug 18 meeting in Lincoln Trail College. A public hearing is planned for 7 p.m. Tuesday Sept 15 at Olney Central College with final adoption after. The board also approved transfers to Palmer College of Chiropractic and updated emergency response plans for each campus. An agreement to donate a baseball scoreboard to FCC was authorized with Prairie Spine and Pain Institute and Dr. Richard Kube. A four year property tax deal with Marathon Refinery 2015-2018 was tentatively approved. A new 125 annual program fee for FCC Automotive Technology was approved to cover student uniforms. Affiliation agreements for IECCs Emergency Response and ADN programs with local facilities were approved. Several staff moves and retirements were ratified or confirmed across OCC WVC and LTC.
