Mini bike thief chased by Holcomb and clerk
Sometime before 10 a.m. yesterday a mini-bike disappeared from Holcomb’s sidewalk display. Bill Holcomb and Frank Scott pursued a 4 year old rider across rough land, the machine stalled after a collision, and the duo returned the bike valued at 228 dollars to the store while the juvenile’s name was given to police.
