Washington June 22 relief forces over rode opposition to push next fiscal year's 1 500 000 000 relief appropriation through the senate in substantially the form wanted by the administration. The senate approved the big measure by a voice vote after brushing aside an amendment to return relief administration to the states. The bill goes to the house for consideration of senate amendments. The senate extended the Public Works Administration for two years and authorized revolving funds for grants and loans.
