Old Moulton Resident Buried Wednesday
A. C. Mathews longtime Old Moulton resident died Tuesday at 12:20 PM from heart failure while reading his newspaper. He was 62 years old and buried Wednesday at Stonewall Cemetery with pallbearers Hay Hull Frank Luksovsky J L Meyer George Kaiser Zat Johnson and W B Manning. The Moulton Volunteer Fire Department held its monthly meeting with 17 active and 3 honorary members. The bingo committee reported a $43.91 profit from a recent entertainment. The racing team will race at Seguin on July 4 and two men were sent to the annual firemen training school at College Station in July.
