Two-Vehicle Crash Near Sulphur Park Injures Several
A two car highway collision on Highway 95 between Shiner and Moulton at 2 30 p m left several people with minor injuries. Julie Ann Hollman 18 of Shiner drove a 1975 Datsun struck from the rear by Frank Joe Haba 72 of Moulton in a 1971 Chevrolet pickup. Both cars totaled. Members of Hollman's group included Roseanne Dubicky 18 and a 3 year old, with all treated and discharged at Shiner hospital. Haba had only bruises. Troopers Stinson and Horstmann investigated.

Train Hits Car In Shiner But Driver Escapes Injury
A 1969 Chevrolet Impala suffered heavy damage after being struck by a Southern Pacific freight train at 5 25 Tuesday afternoon in the Shiner City Limits. Driver Johanna Kurtz 70 of Shiner escaped injury and drove the car away after the collision on North Avenue E as the train passed. She later attended a local social at Wied Hall.
