Milton Janca, 53, Dies in Shiner Hospital
Milton Janca age 53 of Cistern died Monday morning July 3, 1978 at Shiner Hospital. Services held 10 a.m. Wednesday at Cistern Catholic Church with burial in Flatonia Catholic Cemetery. Rosary 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Smith Funeral Home Flatonia. Survivors include his wife Virginia of Cistern, two daughters Julie Bayless of Elgin and Debbie Taylor of La Grange, three sons Chris of Bastrop and Royce and Pat of Cistern, a mother Mrs A J Janca of Fort Worth, a sister Mrs John Mueller of Seguin, a brother Dr Marvin Janca of Fort Worth, and three grandchildren.

Visitors and Exhibits Highlight Fayette County Library July Display
Mr and Mrs George White hosted visitors in Thompson ville. Mrs Tom Beale and Mrs Rudy Wiedemann traveled to La Grange for business and will display Mrs Beales paintings at the Fayette County Library in July. Houston visitors included Mr and Mrs Jerry Osbon and children and Mr and Mrs Donald Bell with their kids at the Parker home. Grandparents received visits from Troy Bell and Toby Bell. Weekend guests included Paul Machalec Jr and children from Houston and Janice Machalec of Austin. Joey Maeker of San Marcos visited his grandparents, Mr and Mrs Harry Maeker, and Monday visitors to the Beale home included Mrs Alton Halliburton of Moulton and Mrs Rudy Wiedemann.
