Entomologist to aid Lavaca farmers against cut ants
A. M. College entomologist R R Reppert will visit Lavaca County on Thursday January 28 to assist farmers troubled by cut ants. County Agent J M Parks schedules demonstrations using an extensible auger to reach nests and pour poison, with follow up two weeks later to finish the nest. Farmers with ant problems should contact the county agent to arrange a visit.
