Former Resident Barbara Nachlinger Dies in Taylor
Barbara Nachlinger a former Moulton resident died in Taylor on Sunday January 15 after a week long illness. She was 85 years old and buried in Moulton Catholic Cemetery after funeral services at St Josephs Church in Taylor. Surviving children include Joe John and several Nachlinger kin with 28 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. The Eagle extends sympathy to the family.

Mad Dog Killed Near Town
J. J. Schindler of the east side killed a rabid shepherd dog Monday after it attacked his own dogs and three cows. The animal’s head was sent to Austin and a wire on Wednesday confirmed rabies.
