Miss Pritchett from Hawkinsville GA visited Moulton last week to organize Lawrence County for next month’s Armenians relief drive. The paper has long covered Near East relief needs and urges readers to contribute to this humanitarian effort.
Eugene Downing is in Decatur this week attending to business and meeting with local officials. The visit focuses on collaboration and potential projects in the area.

Misses Arnie Cowan and Addie Masterson announce plans to buy the best, latest millinery patterns available. The public is invited to inspect the stock of goods this week.
A public school building fundraiser is set for next Friday evening at the Public School building with various refreshments. Attendees may support the project while Mr. Allen Farley and wife with Mrs. Sue Irwin return from St. Louis with millinery and ready to wear goods for Sadie’s and Children. Paul White offers shotguns ammunition and pistol cartridges.
A 1920 Feb 2 letter from Hillsboro Alabama asks Moulton Advertiser readers to extend subscriptions and contribute funds, arguing the county paper is essential for local news and progress. The note cites Wax examples of out-of-county papers and thanks Capt William Price for public spirit, urging broader reader support.

A box supper is planned at Midway School on Saturday night February 14 1920. Everyone is invited and asked to bring money. proceeds will benefit the school.
All Baptist Sunday Schools within Mussel Shoals Association are urged to send delegates to Moulton Baptist Church on the fourth Sunday of the month at 2:00 PM to organize the Mussel Shoals Baptist Sunday School Association. Sup't Wilbur Bragg and Murbree Murphree endorsed.
In Lawrence County Alabama on February 10 1920 administrator L E Sanderson filed for final settlement of the estate of F P Sanderson deceased. The court set March 8 1920 for settlement with all interested parties invited to appear and contest if desired. Witness dated February 10 1920 by Judge Kumpe of Probate. Lawrence County High School Notes describe events and updates across departments and clubs. The Music and Expression departments improve under Miss McKeehan while many pupils attend the Epworth League social at Mrs James Stewart's home. Exam reviews occur for second to fourth year classes. Mr Sellers returns from illness to teach history. The Domestic Science room is repainted and furnished. County Superintendent Mr Hodson visits and leads chapel. Math teacher Mr Nathaniel Almon checks road conditions at Town Creek. Debaters and essayists will be elected for the society annual contest. Library stock is being increased. Mr Thomas Corum visited Hillsboro.
A community meeting is set for Friday night February 13 at Moulton Public School with an entry fee of ten and a half cents. Activities for children and adults include candy popcorn cookies sandwiches coffee and Brunswick stew. Proceeds fund the school. Refreshments run six to eight, followed by a high school auditorium session to discuss a new public school building chaired by Mrs. Price Irwin and Mrs. J. F. Sarborough.

A correction notes that our editorial misquoted the Albany-Decatur Daily about the Metropolis City of the Valley race. The piece lists towns in the race and apologizes to the Daily for misattributing comments and motive regarding Moulton’s potential entry.
The County Board of Education will meet in regular session on Friday February 27 as the last Friday of the month. The Legislature changed the regular time and this session time is set. All interested persons are requested to be present and attend to necessary business.
