United States Detective Service agent Jack Dinsmore infiltrates Kansas counterfeit gang led by Dick Price at Wildwood Tavern. After posing as a peddler, he identifies the operation, traps the gang in a hidden cellar, and arrests Price and associates. Nettie, Price’s accomplice, dies in a final confrontation. Dinsmore later honors her as the bravest criminal he knew.
