The Moulton Advertiser is published every Friday by White and White. Annual subscription is 2.50 in advance. Advertising costs 1.00 per square of eight lines with 60 cents for each subsequent insertion. Special notices cost 20 cents a line.

A subterranean fire beneath Herron's Hill in Pittsburgh endangers about 500 acres of improved property. Fire has grown from a small blaze found while digging for Thirty-third Street to a raging underground flame near a water reservoir. Evaporation and steam heat raise collapse risk, with millions in nearby property at stake. Extinguishment will take months or years, despite sapping and mining efforts.
