Settle Strike Ends as Workers To Return Next Tuesday
Diamond National Corporation molded packaging division employees at 1000 Armstrong St will resume work Tuesday morning after a 16 day strike ended Thursday evening. Joliet officials and Local 626 union representatives reached a settlement during an all day session. The company spokesman refused to disclose terms until all workers were informed.
