Weather Outlook With Showers and Cooling Trend

A cloudy cooler day with likely showers and thunderstorms, ending in the afternoon. Highs would be in the upper 60s to lower 70s, then a fair cooler night with lows around the upper 40s. Conferees in the Senate and House agreed on a compromise bill to limit the President’s power to engage in undeclared war beyond 60 days. The measure allows a 30 day extension with presidential certification and requires advance consultation with Congress and detailed reporting on military actions. Congress could terminate any undeclared war by concurrent resolution without a presidential veto.
