Six Morris High youths charged with theft in open court
Criminal theft charges were filed this morning in open court against six Morris Community High School students. The youths Leonard Mitchell Robery Wayne Chally Rex Weathersby Larry Daggett Earl Benson and Donald Hughes face varying amounts from 25 to 121 dollars. Regular arraignment is set for April 6 at 10 a.m. All defendants and parents posted 1000 recognizance bonds and were represented by attorney S. J. Hoderman as appointed counsel.

Investigators trace last hours of life of two roommates from Quincy Illinois where Judith Ann Greening 22 was found stabbed in a rural ditch and Donetta Pickens 19 was found shot in the luggage area of her car near their shared apartment.
