Insurance bills move from committee to House floor

In Springfield Illinois two rival no fault auto insurance bills win Senate approval and move from the House Insurance Committee to the floor. He cited unwritten understandings with Hanoi on North Vietnamese troops in South Vietnam and bases in Cambodia and Laos that threaten a real truce.
