Downtown Morris lands plan for revitalization grant
The Morris Planning Commission begins an 18 month downtown plan funded by a 12 734 federal grant toward a 19 141 program. The Downtown Planning Committee will organize financing, survey land use and traffic, and propose parking and public building plans with consultants Carl Gardner and Associates.

Four traffic accidents were investigated by Morris city police and Grundy County deputies over the weekend.
