An Aurora woman, Mrs. Faye Kenner, 504 N. Farnsworth St., was killed at 5 23 p.m. Monday on Van Emmon Road 1.5 miles east of Yorkville. Five others were injured or treated after a multi-vehicle crash involving a 1970 Chevrolet Nova and a 1970 Chevelle.

Burglary Suspect Held After Grain Co Break-In

Cyclists injured as car hits bike on Hopkins Street
Two Morris girls, Tiana Odell and Linda Odell, suffered minor injuries when a car struck their bicycle on Hopkins Street at 2 20 p m Monday. Tiana cut her right arm and Linda bumped her head but neither was admitted to hospital. The driver, Thelma Stevenson, reported seeing two bicycles from an alley and tried to stop but struck the Odell bicycle.
