Inmate rebellion at Prince Georges jail prompts standby alert
Police and state troopers were placed on standby after an inmate disturbance at Prince Georges County Jail in Upper Marlboro Maryland. County officials blamed heat and prior riots for the disturbance and pledged no charges against parents.
