A 21 year old Washington University literature major received 10 years in federal prison and a $10000 fine for burning the ROTC facility at Washington University on May 5. Michael Rudofker, from Jackson Heights New York and Philadelphia, was sentenced by Judge John K Regan. He may receive reduction after a 90 day Youth Correction Act evaluation. He pleaded guilty to the lesser of two government charges after interrupting the trial on November 6.
