Bourbonnais Man Killed When Car Hits Tree East of Braidwood
Russell Stahl 34 of Bourbonnais died Thursday at 3 30 p m after his 1976 Mercury left Illinois 112 then crashed into a tree two miles east of Braidwood in Will County He was pronounced dead at the scene and an inquest will be held later His body was taken to Rehr Kaiser Funeral Home in Kankakee

Car horse accident injures man near Dupont plant
A Mazon man, Thomas Parker 61 of Depot St., sustained minor injuries when his 1972 Chevrolet Malibu struck a horse on Dupont Rd half a mile east of the Dupont plant at 12 03 a m. He was treated and released from Morris Hospital. The horse owned by Russell Myers was valued at 500 dollars. Parker’s car 200 damage and was towed. Deputy Tim Neary and others responded.
