Turner ruled incompetent to stand trial in Minooka murder
Circuit Judge Robert Malmquist declared Charles Robert Turner incompetent after a two day hearing on the Oct. 7 killing of 83 year old Emma C. Miles in Minooka. Turner will be committed to the Illinois Security Hospital at Chester until competent, then returned to Grundy County for trial.

Gardner crash claims Thomas Underhill in one car wreck
