Powell 16 of Chicago was later captured at the Prince Drive In on Illinois 47. Wilson had arrived at the camp just one day earlier and was last seen in jeans tennis shoes and an Air Force jacket. Powell was returned to Joliet for reevaluation.

CHICAGO AP The Illinois attorney general's office said the state will not appeal a Circuit Court ruling that the Tobacco Products Tax Act is unconstitutional.
