The Mazon Centennial festivities run through Sunday at M-V-K High School with events starting at 9 a.m. including a butter churning contest and horse activities. A Historical Style Show, Cup and Saucer Tea, and a grand outdoor pageant feature stage props and projections. Centennial Queen Teri Cromwell, 19, will lead celebrations. The Time Capsule burial is planned for Saturday, with a 10 p.m. Centennial Ball and a 2 p.m. Sunday parade.
