Woman Ordered to Pay Husband Child Support in Dissolution Case
In Grundy County Illinois a Wilmington woman was ordered to pay $7,500 as prepaid child support for two minor children in a divorce dissolution case filed in 1975 by Anita Marshall against Henry Marshall. The long probate style orders spanned 1975 to 1978 with custody disputes and retroactive support, noted as rare for a wife paying support. The piece also recalls historical local reflections and an unrelated Nod to a 1942 Nazi sympathizer case linked to Morris citizens.
