Compliance Ties With ACP in 1955

Farmers must fully comply with all basic crop acreage allotments for 1955 to qualify for cost sharing payments under the ACP. Compliance will also be required for eligibility for price support benefits. The new farm law allows ACP payments for 1955 work, with emphasis for those sowing winter wheat, and warns that harvesting commodities in excess of farm allotments disqualifies payments for that year.
