Moravia council approves street work payment and bonds

On July 21 the Appanoose County Board of Supervisors in special session approved a lien compromise concerning the care of Elsie Closser, an insane person, by Hildagarde Dusablon guardian. The lien against Elsie Closser’s Mt Pleasant real estate will be released upon payment of 521.37 to the County Auditor.
