Mrs A W Kincade longtime Mora resident died Friday evening August 27 after a long illness. Funeral services were held Sunday August 29 at 2 30 p m at Turner Funeral home with Rev Lynn King officiating. Burial at Fairview cemetery. Susan Caroline Hiner born Sept 9 1866 near Moravia Appanoose county Iowa died August 27 1954 age 87 11 18 married Aston Washington Kincade Sept 9 1885 he died May 27 1953. Survived by four children Bessie Kaster Los Angeles Bissie Kaster Centerville Ernest Kincade Moravia and Russell died 1909 in South Dakota leaving wife Cora and three children Golda now Mrs George Steele Centerville Herbert killed motorcycle accident in California and Kermit Kincade of Centerville. Grandchildren 13 great grandchildren 26 and seven great great grandchildren. Baptized in Christian church later joined Fairview Methodist church. Described as a kind wife and mother who cared for her family.

One hundred and thirty persons attended the golden wedding anniversary for Mr. and Mrs. Gabe Johnson at their farm home east of town.
