Moravia High tests profile pupil abilities in 1948 program
The Moravia High School notes use of the Iowa Test of Educational Development to profile pupil abilities, showing English, arithmetic, science, and social studies skills. Each pupil gets a score card, enabling comparison with class and state results, guiding understanding of strengths, weaknesses, and progress over time. The program involves about 300 Iowa schools this year, with profiles becoming part of permanent records.
