Dowd Store Sold To Frank Swaim
Frank Swaim purchased the stock of merchandise from the Dowd Store this week and moved it to his store on the north side of the square. For years A. C. Dowd operated the store near the Wabash and Interurban depots and enjoyed strong patronage. Patrons in the west end of town will regret the closing.
