In Appanoose County Iowa Probate Court Bessie Boshak as Administratrix seeks court permission to convey 200 acres of the NW SW and Nhalf of SE and SE quarter of NE in Section 14 Township 70 North Range 18 West to H W Potts to satisfy a $10 000 mortgage. Hearing set May 23 1941 at 10 am at Centerville Court House. Objections due. if none mortgage lien will be satisfied and conveyance granted.
In the District Court of Town in Appanoose County Iowa the administrator of Alison E Tucker deceased has filed a final report and requests discharge from duties. A hearing to approve the report and discharge is set for May 16 1931 in Centerville Iowa before the court. The administrator John M Tucker and attorneys Porter and Greenleaf announce the notice and date.

Dorothea and Donald Darby, twins, will both graduate Moravia High with diplomas, sharing the same timeline and proud parents Mr and Mrs Geo Darby.
