Federated Women's clubs of Appanoose county plan their annual meeting in Moravia on a Wednesday in May at the United Brethren Church. On Saturday April 20 at the Moss home in Moss-Greenley the marriage of Pearl Moss to Floyd Greenley of Corydon Iowa was performed by Rev Orlando Ogden at high noon in front of invited guests. A bounteous dinner followed and the couple will reside on a farm in Corydon.

Isaac Newton McDonough born Ohio 1861 dies at Moravia Iowa April 27 1927 after long illness. He lived near Leon before moving to Moravia did mercantile farming and benevolent acts. Survived by four children Ralph Rolla Mably Bosse, two brothers Brice and William, four sisters and many friends. Funeral April 30 at Moravia with local clergy and choir. Card of thanks incomplete but expresses gratitude for sympathy.
