List of names and naval marines personnel, many duplicates
A long OCR fragment lists numerous individuals by full names including ARGO, NERTON, CARY, CALHOUN, DERBY, MERICLE, STAFFORD, STANSBERRY, SUFFICOOL, TISUE, WINSLER, and many others. It appears to be a roll or roster of marines and merchant marines with instructions to add more names later, covered by repeated variants and family names. The tone resembles a wartime or personnel notice listing personnel to be reported promptly.
