Dale and Mark Ammons attended Bible school in Albia last week. Monte Derby spent Thursday and Friday at Larry Derbys. Emery Hiatt spent Tuesday at Larry Derbys. Rex Haver Edd Haver and Julie were in Oskaloosa Saturday. Karl Lee and Terry Rose attended the Shanghi club picnic at Albia Sunday.
Udell by Mrs Howard Burkl and Udell by Mrs Howard Burkl and Joe Callen of Cincinnati Ohio and Alva Powell of Moulton visited Mr and Mrs Ora Powell Monday.
Rev Witt and wife join a church camp at Loy Point this week with a group of youths. Nearby residents Mr and Mrs Oral Easter Minnie Moffatt and others called on hospitalised Mrs Frank Cox in Albia. Various Borekland Foster Hedgecock Proctor Swaim and Moffatt family members visit relatives and attend a First Lutheran father and son banquet in Centerville.
The Moravia Town Council met in regular session with all present. The minutes were read and approved. The financial report was accepted by motion. Bills were allowed to be read. Coulson & Burton insurance and clerk Virgil Ray Johnson police Municipal Enterprise listed.
