A sketch of social visits and travel across Lawrence, Davenport, Ames, and nearby towns. Mrs Keneth Daniels and family spent Sunday afternoon at Tower City, while Mr and Mrs John Kozalliski visited Bill Long's home last Tuesday. Ricky Long traveled to Davenport from Wednesday to Friday with Mr and Mrs Larry Long. Debra Horstman and family traveled to Davenport Monday for a medical checkup, with Hila Horstman visiting Larry Long and friends. Several calls occurred Sunday and Thursday at various homes including Trenton McDanel, Ensil Hiatt, Mae McDonald, Earl White, Opel and Zoe Callén, and Lawrence Oliver of Moulton. The piece also notes 4-H convention grooming plans for Appanoose County and shopping trips in Centerville.
