First Town Well Not Successful In Drilling
Morevia town attempted another well this week east of the Dewys oil station but failed to find water. The council directed Hoeg and Ames to drill about 100 feet south of the other town well near the new high school, hoping to strike the same vein of water and develop it with sand or gravel screens.
