Funeral Services For Stella Albright
Funeral services for Stella Maude Albright were held at Ash Grove Methodist church with Rev. L. B. Hawes officiating. The Ottumwa native, born September 11, 1879 near Hopewell, died December 26, 1945 in St. Joseph’s hospital at Ottumwa after a second stroke. She had lived in Ottumwa at 408 N Milner St and formerly in Moravia, dedicating her life to caring for family and neighbors. Interment was in Wesley Chapel cemetery at Ash Grove.

Moravia will host Exline tonight and Bussey next Tuesday for double-headers. A roller skating rink is planned within 90 days near the Swift & Co. plant, operated by Louis Schaffner. He proposes a ticket system offering 44 hours of skating for $5.00 to gauge demand before building.

Four-H Short Course Attended by Ames Youths
