Appanoose County Board Transacts Tax and Road Matters
The 1937 minutes note transfers between funds for road maintenance and emerger, a tax valuation adjustment for Mystic additions, and several tax abatement and correction actions. It records resolutions to suspend taxes on Old Age Assistance property, quit claim deeds to Latimer and Staley, corrections of land descriptions, and refunds for overpaid taxes. The board adjourned after approving numerous property transactions and setting relief allowances.
