Heckman Taken To Des Moines Veterans Hospital
Winifred Heckman was taken to the Veterans' hospital at Des Moines on Tuesday with acute leukemia. His illness is described as very serious. He worked with the late Forrest Easter in auto and tractor work and was recently employed as a mechanic at White Implement, an Allis-Chalmers dealer.
