Festival Planning Progressing in Moravia Amid Carnival Hurdles

Despite bans, Ward lines up some concessions and hopes more come before opening day. Blakesburg and Lovilla plans are uncertain. R. E. A. officials meet fall festival leaders to coordinate entertainment and rides for children. The district has about 2500 R. E. A. members, roughly 10,000 people. Harold Hudgens has secured a state college horse pulling machine for the Saturday contest. A larger children’s parade with more divisions and prizes is planned with cash and merchandise from local supporters. The hobby show aims for more displays. contact Mrs. R. R.
