Otis Ballanger and Darby residents called on Nasalroad. Susan Crabtree spent Sunday with Dallas Faber and stayed overnight with Nadine.
A series of dinner visits and social calls tied Udell Des Moines Colfax Oskaloosa Centerville and Albia communities. Notables include the Burklands Hedgecocks Spurgeons Sprouses Hutchinsons and Moulton Weber families with several neighbors visiting relatives over a recent weekend period.
Debra McDanet and others attended the FFA and athletic banquet. W.S.C.8. held at Flora Hiatt’s home. Dooley and McDanel families attended Bible School training and Rural Woman's Day. Music contest in Eddyville. Several families hosted and visited, with many 4-H and church activities noted across Centerville and nearby homes.
Mrs Milo Walker hosts and guests visit in Moravia and Ottumwa. Mrs Besse Johnson of West Des Moines attends a Tuesday supper with her sister Angie Stajcar and family. Milo Walker and Frank O Connors host Sunday dinner with Dixie and Todd Phillips and others. The Pace family visit Des Moines and Moravia for weekend events. Wendell Phillina n and Milo Walker co host Moravia School SCA meeting Monday evening.
Enid Walker attended a Farm Bureau committee meeting at Barbara Phillips Friday afternoon. Numerous visits and calls occurred over the weekend and into Monday involving the Pace and Walker families, the Cridlebaugh, Selvey, Mikels, Stayear, Bronson, and Phillips households. Ads advised leaving Moravia Union classifieds in Des Moines Register and Tribune sections.
