Two Injured in Two Car Collision on Highway 151
A 5:40 p.m. crash 1.2 miles northeast of Anamosa left Eugene E. Dooley 39 Indianola and Joseph Lewis Fay 51 Anamosa with minor injuries. Dooley crossed center line causing the impact. Dooley charged with failure to yield one half of the traveled roadway. Vehicles totaled. Dooley’s 1969 Chevrolet valued at 2700. Fay’s 1968 Chevrolet valued at 1900. Investigated by Troopers Tom Toner and Ken Carter with Officer Tony Shada.

Driver Charged Over Abandoned Car Crash Near Anamosa

Cars Collide Near Cascade In Morning Highway Crash
Robert D. VanCleve, 24, Des Moines, was charged with failure to yield after a collision on highway 151 west of Cascade at 8 15 a m. He drove a 1965 Plymouth northeast while Ronald L Holdridge, 33, Delhi, in a 1967 Valiant traveled southwest. VanCleve tried to pass a school bus and swerved. Holdridge struck VanCleve from the left rear, sending his car into the right ditch. Damages totaled about 400 for the VanCleve auto and 550 for the Valiant.
