Iowa State Agricultural College, holder of the state football championship, defeated Northwestern University 36 to 0 at Evanston last Saturday. It is reported Harrison will not seek the presidency and favors Allison, a stance that seems in line with his usual level headed, sensible approach.
The Hardin county publishers formed an association and added fifty cents a year to the subscription prices of their papers. They concluded they must raise prices to continue printing the local news.
